About Us

Ted and Lucy have extensive knowledge of the East Bay Real Estate market.

They recently received the Masters & Grand Masters Achievement Awards from the BayEast Association of Realtors for their production.  

Both graduated from California State University, Hayward with B.S. degrees in Marketing Management.

Ted worked in the mortgage industry for several years before becoming a Real Estate Broker in 1997. Lucy has been a full time Realtor since 2003.  Both continue to regularly attend classes and seminars to enhance their marketing and negotiating skills.

 Ted & Lucy also speak Spanish fluently.
